All items are shipped from Perth, Australia via Australia Post. Orders are processed as soon as possible but may take up to 3 business days. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Domestic Orders
Domestic orders are sent as Standard Letters via Australia Post. This service is not tracked and is estimated to arrive within 1 – 2 weeks.
Express Tracked shipping (estimated 1 – 3 business days) is available at the checkout, however Australia Post has advised that there are still shipping delays Australia wide.
Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $50 and Free Express Shipping is available for orders over $100.
International Orders
International Orders are sent as Standard Tracked parcels and are estimated to arrive within 4 – 6 weeks depending on your region. Express Tracked shipping is also available for most regions at the checkout (estimated 2 weeks). Please email info@michellemonday.com for a postage quote if your region does not have a shipping option.

Lost or Damaged Orders
Michelle Monday Shop is not liable for any orders lost in transit. Please check that your shipping address is correct. For damaged orders please contact info@michellemonday.com and include your name, your order number, and a photograph of the damaged item(s) for a replacement or a refund.
Customs & Service Fees
Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes. Michelle Monday Shop is not liable for customs clearance & service fees as determined by the mail carrier or the destination country’s customs officials. By making an order the buyer acknowledges the possibility of additional fees upon import and agrees that those fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
