IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR 2021

International shipping is now available to most countries via Australia Post. Please contact info@michellemonday.com if your country is not available at the checkout for a shipping quote.

Due to the COVID-19 situation impacting flights, there are currently severe shipping delays worldwide. Australia Post has suspended International Economy Services for parcels and Economy letters containing merchandise effective 3 April 2020 and has suspended all shipping to a larger number of countries: https://auspost.com.au/about-us/news-media/important-updates/coronavirus/coronavirus-international-updates#international.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped from Perth, Australia via Australia Post. Orders are processed as soon as possible but may take up to 3 business days. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Domestic Orders

Domestic orders are sent as Standard Letters via Australia Post. This service is not tracked and is estimated to arrive within 1 – 2 weeks.

Standard Tracked shipping (estimated 2 – 6 business days) and Express Tracked shipping (estimated 1 – 3 business days) are available at the checkout, however Australia Post has advised that there are still shipping delays Australia wide.

International Orders

International Orders are sent as Standard Tracked parcels and are estimated to arrive within 4 – 6 weeks depending on your region. Express Tracked shipping is also available for most regions at the checkout (estimated 2 weeks).

All items are final sale – no returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact info@michellemonday.com immediately if you have any issues with your order.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Michelle Monday Shop is not liable for any orders lost in transit. For damaged orders please contact us via email at info@michellemonday.com and include your name, your order number, and a photograph of the damaged item(s) for a replacement or a refund.

Customs & Service Fees

Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes. Michelle Monday Shop is not liable for customs clearance & service fees as determined by the mail carrier or the destination country’s customs officials. By making an order the buyer acknowledges the possibility of additional fees upon import and agrees that those fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
